Wayne Please Fire Wanny!!

Hell, I thought he would be fired at the end of the 2002 season, but look at this. HE'S STILL HERE!!! Like the past guy said, we better have a real #%&@*! season in order for Wanny to get fired. Our owner is too loyal to Wanny to get rid of him even with a .500 record.

Maybe its just because I dont follow the Dolphins too closely but I have always seen Dave as a great coach. How can you blaim him for everything that has happened?

why aren't the Wanny supporters like Finfaninbuffalo supporting Wanny? This is the nth thread blasting Wanny .

I've been a wanny supporter up until now and I still support him. I was in favor of giving him an extension and I don't want to get rid of him right now. I think he is a class act but people rag on him because he looks and sounds stupid sometimes but I still like him. He's to the Dolphins what Bush is to this country. On the other hand, if we don't make the playoffs, we must go in another direction. Not so much because of what he hasn't done as a coach but more because we haven't gotten the results. It's easier to dump the coach than the team.

Some people will argue that 10-6 is a good enough result.

Wanny is better than some, not as good as others. He's NOT the problem.

Here have been some of our recent 1st round picks, PRE Wanny:

Billy Bob Milner-1994
Yatil Green-1997
John Avery-1998, thanks JJ, idiot ! And we PASSED on Moss, thanks again JJ !
no pick in 1999, although we BRILLIANTLY traded out of the first round, so we could get JJ Johnson in the 2nd.

A bunch of wasted picks IMO.

At least Wanny got us the pot head !

That is why I wanted him back for this year. My personal opinion, he needs to get this team to the playoffs to keep his job because you need to give your team a chance to get to the SB because that's what you play for and you can't get there if you're not in the playoffs. If he would get fired, it would be similar to what happened to Dungy in TB.

Some people ignore that the team was not exactly loaded on offense when Wanny took over the team.

Some people think 7 wins is something to celebrate.
I feel sorry for such fans. Let me know when you see one. :D

should the fins have a winning season and still miss the playoffs would that still be enough to keep him next as far as you're concerned?
