Ways to get extra picks early?

So with a need in several positions i think if we can get a (3rd) 2nd round pick we will obviously be able to fill more needs (but is it possible). In the 2nd we could go something like Delmas, Wood, Brace and coupled with our 1st rounder we could get markedly better very quickly.

So my question to you is how can this dolphins team gain more 2nd and 3rd round picks without giving up picks or if they do have to give picks just giving late picks?

Maybe a trade or a package of a late pick and a player. What do you guys think?

I think that the NY Giants Have 2 second round picks. Maybe we could trade our 1st rounder to the Giants for both of their 2nd rounders. Then Miami would have 4 picks in the 2nd round.

Also, trading the first pick to Kansas City for their 2nd and 3rd round picks for Miami's 1st rounder could be possible.

There are a few scenarios for getting more picks in the 2nd round range, but most likely it will be through a trade down and out of the first round, which I know you would rather not do.
