We are definitly going to win 50% of our games this year.

It may not seem like alot but considering last year and even in our "good" years the negative attitude felt throughout hte whole organization and fan base is finally gone.

And think about it, if a baseball player bats .500 in a season it will be considered not only great but one of the greatest seasons ever.

Now if a baseball player bats .688 (11/16), that is an even better season

your talking about night and day here. baseball players get possibly 500+ AB's a season. .300 is a more logical number for a baseball player to have "greatness". NFL teams get 16 games as a measuring stick. if you finish .500, that is not "successful" because you miss the playoffs 99.99% of the time. where this team has come from, i am more than happy with 8 wins, if we make the playoffs, it is just an added bonus

i agree. we are a good football team and we have winnable games left on the schedule
