We are NOT pursuing Kenny Britt

Also, I have read nothing but bad things about his attitude up in here in jersey. The guy is always in the news papers, i remember one time he was caught trying to outrun the law, then another time he was with his friend when he was stabbed. The kid is just trouble..

According to ESPN, the Titans are willing to trade K. Britt (WR) and considered releasing him. I wanted to throw my thoughts out there before the "lets trade for Britt" threads popped up. The emergence of B. Heartline proves we have a true #2, the solid play of Gibson proves we have a solid slot, and R. Matthews play in the 4th quarter of the Falcon game last week is comforting enough to move forward with our young receiver.

If we had any questions about our offense, I think we're set!

...Did you just say Heart-line?

I don't want Kenny Britt, mostly because of his attitude, but I do wanna add a big WR who can make plays in the redzone. Our redzone efficiency is one of the more surprising things that I've taken from this team so far, but I want a bigger redzone target. That will probably be more an offseason goal tho, maybe draft one of the solid TEs in this upcoming draft.

Im all about adding another receiver. I want someone that Tannehill can just throw it up for and has a reasonable chance to come down with it. I want someone to exploit the mismatches Wallace creates. I want someone who doesnt go down when a strong breeze blows through the stadium. I want someone who physically abuses corners. I want a nasty 4 receiver set, like Philbin had in Green Bay.

I do not want a headcase who is in the last year of his contract and is getting run out of town because, despite the plethora of second chances given to him, he decided to reward his coaches faith by pissing on them in the media.

I agree. I would love to add another win option at WR, but Britt isn't the one. Josh Gordon could be a good option if the Browns wee open to a trade and he came cheap enough.

Can he play o-line or cover TE's?

Still should avoid him.

If we are making a trade, we shouldnt **** around. Go all out for Josh Gordon or Fitzgerald. No more half assing it.

Now that Gibson might be missing some time due to a knee injury... I'd say give anyone a looksie..

I used to be a huge Britt fan, loved the WRs in that draft class. But stay away. With Gibson out tho, I'd go after Nicks if the price wasn't too steep, adds another dimension to our offense as a guy who can high point the ball. But a quick shifty guy in the middle is probably more important, maybe an Andre Roberts in Zona, Ace Sanders on the Jags, honestly the more I look the more I think we should trade back for Bess.....slim pickings. Josh Gordon would be my vote...but price is steep.
