We beat the Jets, the Refs, and ourselves.

This game was a lot closer than it should have been. The refs were absolutely horrible, calling b.s. pass int calls and personal fouls. Then those damn fake punts, I thought I was going to break something! I am glad we pulled this one out, as we were fighting more than just the Jets!

That P.I call on Will Allan was just flat out bad.
I would of said the same thing if it went the other way.
Also it is killing me how all week everyone in the media was saying how the Jets will win the wildcat is this and the wildcat is that now they drinkin it up.

The P.I. call on Allen at the 3 was terrible, the one that pissed me off the most though was the illegal contact, that call kept that drive alive when we could've got the ball near mid field with a 3 point lead. Yeah 4 penalties on our DB's, only one was really legit, Bell did get there early but the ball was uncatchable, that call is debatable. The one on Wilson wsa just stupid, what are you supposed to do, stand there and wait for him to come down with the ball and tuck it away? Dont matter though, we just beat the Jets in one of the best games I have ever seen. Woot woot.

They should allow instant replay challenges on long pass interference penalties.

It's horrible that games can get so wildly affected by bad 50 yd pass interference calls. It almost becomes a form of offense: chuck the ball downfield, and hope the ref throws a flag.

I've been saying this for years. The NFL is becoming like the NBA in giving preferential treatment to the higher profile teams/players. The UR penalty on Wilson was total BS and the PI on Allen was a joke. Mike Perrira, the head of officiating, is a an absolute puppet with Goddell behind him pulling the strings. Unfortunately, there is no way to contact the league office and voice your dissatisfaction. I guess they figure if the complaints of the public fall on deaf ears they really do not exist.:rant:

Your not allowed to play football anymore. The one I thought blew chunks was Wilson's hit on the receiver. That was a clean hit. Lead with his shoulder i thought. Another one where the ref just does not hesitate to throw it for the Jets but any call for us they have to have a friggin meeting!

Stop whining about the refs. That PI call was a good call, he granned his arm and you guys got away w/ plenty all night long including that non call on grounding in the last sequence.

Your DB led w/ his head against a defenseless receiver, that will be called every time.

There were bad callas against both teams, one of which was not the PI call. I beg you guys to watch that in live speed and tell me it wasn't PI. The ref doesn't get the slow mo replay to review that play.

I don't post here much but I am always reading posts. You ae definitely a classy and smart poster nyjunc, but with that said i completely disagree with you saying that was grounding. Henne was clearly out of the pocket

As for Henne, the pocket was moving so while he rolled out to his right he was still in the pocket. That was more gorunding than the one they called on sanchez. Again, we still had a chance to make you kick a FG so that didn't cost us and both teams ahd bad calls go against them but I think it could have been called.
