Sign Kevin Curtis and draft Levi Brown. It would fix both our WR and OL problems.. or maybe we're drafting Levi Brown then Jason Hill in later rounds. I heard Hill is a beast and his stock only dropped cause he missed his senior season with an injury. I wouldn't mind either of these scenarios because the our O-line would be:

LT Vernon Carey
LG Rex Hadnot
C Joe Toledo (can play all positions on the line I believe)
RG LJ Shelton
RT Levi Brown

I think we could make it work.
 
The Eagles are supposedly eyeing KC(no link someone on these boards said so), I hope we get him.

I wouldnt mind who we get at WR as long as its out of this group
Kevin Curtis, Jason Hill or David Ball

To compensate for us not drafting Landry then we could take Meriweather from UM in the 2nd round and Drew Stanton later in the 2nd. That's if Meriweather is still projected to go in the 2nd.. can someone confirm that?

Vernon Carey wil not be the left tackle.. if we draft Levi Brown he will be the starting left tackle. And Joe Toledo never played center.. so he won't be there.

Umm...Carey is our RT not LT. There's no need to move him again after the good year he had.

Joe Toledo practiced at OG and OT last year and has never played center.

Levi Brown is a LT. I know some think he'll be a better RT than LT in the pros but right now I think he'll do very well at LT.

Kevin Curtis would be a pretty good pickup.
 
That shows how accurate Madden is haha they have Toledo listed as the back-up Center on the updated rosters.. maybe Saban moved him?.. wouldn't suprise me

I think you may be wrong on both accounts. Toledo is a backup center and Brown is projected by a lot pundits to play RT or Gaurd.

A WR that impressed me during senior week and the combine, is someone no one seems to be talking about. That's Aundre Allison. I would love to get him in a later round.

Im amazed he is on madden being he was injured preseason game 1. What a watse of a pick, I wanted Johnathon Scott.
 
what do you guys think about getting either carr, or keeping cpep. Drafting Troy Smith with our 60th, then Brian Robinson, or Robertson. I saw him while watching the combine and instantly fell in love with the guy. To me he looks like the next Jason Taylor. He's a de/olb, we could move jt to olb, and then keep him on de. Or move him to olb and keep jt on de. When asked what he would rather play he said "If they draft me I'll play what ever they want me to."

Thoughts on carr, cpep, smith, or robinson/robertson.

How is it a wasted pick? he got injured? All players are susceptible to getting injured.

Vernon Carey is a RT not left. He turned out to be in the top half of RT's in the league last year. No need to move him around and screw up his consistency. We don't know enough from Toledo for him to even start and with experience Hadnot could be our starting center for a long time. He did a good job for last year being his first starting year.

We need to draft a true LT
