We could have 2 1000+ rushers this year - Ronnie close to 100 YPG

Ronnie Brown looks great so far this year. He is averaging 92.25 per game on the ground and if you throw in his receptions he's at 104.81 yards per game overall. He has 72 attempts for 369 with 4 Td's and a 5.125 ypc. this would put ronnie on pace for 1400 yards.

Ricky has 248 which would put him on pace for around 1000 yards.

Think we can get 2 over a 1000?
I don't want to count anything as a done deal yet cause theres a ton of the season yet to play but it seems to me the run game is picking up some steam.

You guys think its possible? it would be awesome!!!

If we continue to play well all around so we can give them the carries, yes.

I still think Ronnie needs to get the bulk of the carries. I'd like to see some screens and passes to him as well. Ricky is solid but I think Ronnie should be getting 75% of the carries not 50-60%.

As long as Henne plays well I dont see why not!!! The talent or both R and R and our Oline as a whole is truely special.

Team stats for our RB's (Ronnie/Ricky/Cobbs) show we have 162 YPG on the ground.
Now if we can just get some more passing attack we could be dangerous.

I'm pretty sure this coaching staff is dedicated to the run to the point where we should have two 1000 yard rushers or at least very close to that.
