who cares about college? cadillac has had several nagging injuries this year. brown had a bad shoulder and hamstring earlier on, but he's over those already. cadillac has missed two games. clearly he's injury prone

The knock on Williams out of college was that he was injury prone, and it annoys me that people don't know anything about what they are talking about. Just because you break two bones doesn't mean you are going to be injured your entire career. I played high school football for four years. I missed my freshman and junior years with a broken shoulder and broken leg. I didn't sustain any injuries at all my sophomore and senior years. Does that mean I'm injury prone?

Williams could of played this week, but Gruden thinks highly enough of Pittman that he didn't think he'd need him. Now, when the Bucs go in to San Francisco, he'll be completely healthy without any side effects. Ronnie missed several games in college with injuries like Williams has right now. I guess he's injury prone, too.

Personally, (and I Was At The Game) I Think They Should Have Run Ricky More Often And Why Was He Out Most Of The 4th Quarter? And Ferrotts Fumblin Arse Would Not Even Acknowledge The Fans That Were Callin His Name For Autgraphs After The Game. Hate To Say It But Ronnie Brown Was Just As Bad. Said A Couple Of Hellos To People He Seemed To Know And Totally Blew Off Everyone Else Who Was Out There Waiting. But I Have Never Walked A Mile In His Shoes So I Cannot Judge Him But As A Rookie I Think He Should Have Showed More Love To Those That Came To Chear Him On. On A Happy Note I Had The Pleasure Of Meeting Channing Crowders Mother And Cousin Who Got My Cap Autographed And Came And Hung Out With Me And My Family At Whiskey Park For Some Food And Drinks. Very Nice Woman Very Nice People And A Very Nice Player Who Autographed My Sons Hat (well Mine But He Will Inherit It). In Any Case, The Game Was Ugly Chambers Should Have Caught The Pass As Well As Mcmichael And Another Long Ball That Ferrot Over Threw (dont Recall The Receiver-the Sun And The Beer Was Clouding My Vision) On A Receiver!!! Sorry Still Suffering From Finloss Too Much Sun Too Much Beer And Waaaaaaaay Too Much Jagger!!!!

What the crap is this about? Why would they sign autographs on the road, and after a loss? What did you expect?

Yes, I Would Expect Them To Sign Autographs On The Road More So Then At Home!!! Fans Who Travel To Watch Them Play Should Be Shown Some Kind Of Apreciation. Look I Have Never Walked A Mile In Either Of Their Shoes But I Am Sorry, Madison Chowder Roth And A Couple Pf Others Signed Autgraphs. Why Would Ferrott Be Out There Hanging Out And Not Signing. You Were Not There So You Cannot Say. I Waitied Outside The Stadium, With About 50 Other Fin Fans To See Our Players Come Out. All I Am Saying Is If You Are Not Going To Sign Autographs (not One!!!) Then Don't Come Out There.

Guess who was the Dolphin's leading rusher for the game today?
Chris Chambers

If a WR is the team's leading rusher, then there were problems with the running game, period. That said, I was particularly pleased with Ronnie's TD run during garbage time. He needs to do this more often, as scoring TD's will lead to increased production elsewhere.

Wes Welker was the lone bright spot on offense today and that speaks volumes about the offense's inability to produce on the field.

Overall, a disappointing loss and I trust that the Dolphins will bounce back at home.

Ronnie played well today over the board. Sometimes though it is just ridiculous how Linehan isn't interested in running the ball.

scott abandons the run so quick its not even funny. i didnt get to watch the game, so maybe it was the fronts the bucs played, but it seems like he was intimidated b the big bad bucs D and we didnt even try to pound it on them

You're contradicting yourself within the same page of a thread. Just a few posts earlier you emphasized you knew Caddy would be a bust, and have said so for over a year, which dates to when Caddy was in college. You emphasized you watched him since he was a freshman in college to make that assessment. Now you ask, "who cares about college?" Yeah.

The Auburn fan caught you in a myth that is widespread around here, that Caddy had numerous injuries in college while Ronnie was impenetrable. That's remarkably innacurate, identical to your claim that Ronnie was never on IR at Auburn. Although I must concede, you can always discount your goof with another "who cares about college?"

Ronnie had nagging injuries throughout 2002, when he took over after Caddy was out. I remember distinctly that Ronnie had an ankle injury prior to the Capital One Bowl when he was MVP. In the post game interview, the focus was on how he did so well despite the ankle injury. In 2003, Ronnie hurt his hamstring against Tennessee and missed at least two or three games. That's when Auburn had Brandon Jacobs along with Caddy and Ronnie. Ronnie missed so much time and was less than 100% that he totalled less than 100 carries for the entire season.

ronnies is better than caddy, even pittman can run in those holes

What facts have you got that Ronnie will be better than even Pittman?

Lets call it what it is, or isn't, measuring anything using the sad display of run defense is rediculious.

Such a poor coaching job today I'm truly disapointed.

As we now have seen the TB oline is good. Pittman did just as well as caddy. if ronnie were on the bucs he would have 100yd games all the time. ronnie just needs to get the ball more than 9 times a game. he also needs to stop having 4 guys in the backfield before he touches the ball. ronnie, imo played well today. ricky was okay and will get better.

Tell that to the Jets.
The Bucs have a rookie starting at LG and a questionable LT. The Dolphins should be ashamed of themselves ( D-line in particular) for this performance.
