Were hoping to get 1 for sunday or monday.. So gay. I pray he is gonna be our qb but nothing ever goes right with our team so I think were out. Elway talking with him just ruins it. we need marino to be there if we get that meeting. Seeing the stock watch on nlf.com pisses me off..

Elway is VP of operations for the Broncos its his job. Marino is not employed by Miami in any form. Yes I would like him to talk Manning into playing for us but I can respect that he does not want to be pushy with Manning either.

People on this board kill me. Peyton Manning and the Dolphins are playing the game right now. The Dolphins will get a meeting with him, and the Dolphins will have a good shot at signing him.
 
We should have put marino on our staff instead of parcells. It would of attracted a better quarterback option by now.
 
There's also a reports we will be his last stop. There's no way he doesn't come back to Miami and sit down. The media are simply tools of agents, teams and players. There's way too much chatter out there about us for it not to be real.

I'd rather be the last team to sit down with him, than the 1st or 2nd team.
 
So true. Let PM see what's out there and then come "home" to sign his contract.
 
Frustrating for the fans, YES. But it is a process which Manning needs to go through and I agree with ohall - it's better to be the last stop.

If I'm looking for a job or house, etc I'm not applying for just one job or buying the first one I see.

I'm hoping Manning has chosen to visit Miami last because that's where his heart is at. After visiting the others, hopefully his head and heart tell him the same thing - Miami.
