We get NO respect as a NFL team

If there wasnt already enough hate this week torward jet fans leading up to this game,

I live in new york and i have to hear crap from all overconfident jet fans around here and i was outside one of my classes and heard kids talking and someone asked who the jets play this week (great jet fan not even knowing who their next opponent it) and another jet fan responded the dolphins and the first kid said, oh so basically like a highschool team....we get no respect

we need to win so i dont have to hear all the jet fans up here in CT( i go to quinnipiac university) its embarassing to hear people call your favorite team a highschool team, we get no respect from sports broadcasters and analysts as it is

yea but its not necessary to say a highschool team thats just stupid we should have beaten the colts yes i know we didnt but highschool teams dont own the colts for 45min of posession and i know its all about W's but still its not like their the lions browns or raiders

I don't think Farve ever wanted to be in NY. GB put him there cause he was being put far away from the NFC. And he retired to make the JETS release him, so he could play in MINN. It was all dependent on the health of his arm going into this season on whether to play again, but he wanted in MINN from the get go, NY was forced upon him. MIA had nothing to do with him retiring.

He wanted to play, he had no choice on where that was.



Farve was asking for a outright release, the Packers were unwilling to do so. The Packers went so far as to make NY sign a deal not to TRADE him to the NFC. I believe there was a draft pick penalty clause in that deal.

fair enough, but at the same time, you guys fell on your ***** with Brett favre, now have Sachez (rookie) and you start 3-1 and think you should be crowned divisional winners and are SB bound????
