Saban told ALL of us that he is approaching his team such that the whole idea of winning and losing is going to be DE-EMPHASIZED and the idea of smashing the other team's teeth in will be prioritized.

He did it in incredible style.

Expect the Dolphins to go up to the Meadowlands this week and put a VERY serious hurting on the Jets. Look everybody the Jets are on the learning curve. I am looking for Pennington to be carted off the field.

By the way one part of my prediction for Bronco game was off - I predicted that Jake Plummer would be carted off the field in shame and pain. We shamed him for sure but the fact that he was still standing was an anomoly.

This is what we did instead! Ronnie Brown put Champ Bailey on the learning curve! Look everybody Champ got HAMMERED! Gad I love that!

The notion the 2005 schedule has only one down, 15 to go is about all the Broncos were clinging to as they shuffled sore, tired and beaten out of sweaty South Florida. While the Dolphins' Nick Saban celebrated his jump from college to the pros by winning his NFL head coaching debut, Shanahan was trying to deal not only with his team's horrific season-opening performance, but potentially season-affecting injuries to starting tailback Mike Anderson and star cornerback Champ Bailey. Anderson tore rib cartilage while reaching back for a pitch early in the first quarter, and Bailey suffered a separated shoulder while making a tackle on the first play of the second half.

We really did kick their ***. but they played so bad i think all 30 other teams would have won against the broncos too.

Let's give credit where credit is due. I don't think the Broncos did anything that we didn't force them into doing. They did drop a few passes but for the most part Denver was physically beaten at every turn. I don't know about the rest of you, but I am tired of the Dolphins having a 'soft' label! We are getting rid of this label one beat down at a time. This is the first time I ever remember Miami physically dominating in every category. Rod Smith said that this will be the toughest defense they have to play all year!! While it may be tough to accurately gauge, we are well on our way to following through in Nick's desire to be the team 'that nobody wants to play!'

C'mon man, I am happy they lost, but I don't wish injuries on opposing teams. Celebrate with class, not more hopes of injuries....

Now that's a classic line right there! While I don't wish injury on anyone, it's still awesome to see posts with such intensity.

What game did you watch? They played so badly because they were physically beat up. If the Dolphins were not so physical they lose that game yesterday.
