We are a running team and this week we should keep running the ball, the Falcons have fallen suspect against the run a few times this year, if we are going to be sucessful we have to continue to improve, I like what I see so far.

 run the ball as much as possible and keep the ball in the playmakers hands and outta gus' hands

and btw :welcome:

I agree. Our oline doesn't get a very consistent push on the run, but it's been good enough as long as we keep running it and keep running it.

Welcome, and yes i liked what i saw in our running game.If we could hit open recievers we would be great.

Keep Vick in the pocket

Vick is very dangerous when rolling out, I don't know if it is his height(6'0) or he is just not comfortable, we need to blitz him opposite side of Taylor. I also heard that Seau is very close to returning.

Should'nt Gus be able to hit an open reciever deep? he has been throwing to these guys since like May.

I once heard Chambers say on a radio talk show 790 the ticket that Sage threw a better ball than Jay and AJ. I have to get going the Heat a their opener in 18 minutes , I'll be messaging quite often, I 've been a Dolfan for 30 years.

I agree. I know we want to build for the future and not become a run only team, but keeping it outta Gus' hands helps us win and build a stronger winning mentality. That's more important than getting the high flying passing offense going, because it's not going anywhere with his arm. More run will get Gus easier chances when they come and maybe, just maybe over time he will hit a few bombs when timing improves if that was the problem. Hey, he hit Boston deep this week. Maybe he will learn to just throw it up so his guy can go get it. The running will also help our play action. Gus needs all the help he can get.
