I like his fire but I question what a coach with fire AND everything else (experience for one) would do for this team. I'm giving Dan a fair shot, but anyone would look good replacing a complete worthless piece of trash like Philbin. Lets give him the entire season and a follow up interview and assess him vs. Other candidates.
