If Sidney Jones is still on the board at ____ pick we should take the flyer for a year for the talent of the best corner in the draft even thou he won't play this year. But Achilles tears are favorable recoveries these days.

i mean we have no fourth so I think the fifth is a no brainer

maybe be the question is would you trade into the fourth or use our third rounder for this talent aquisition, next year it's jones Howard and lippett on the outside all with great contract numbers at an expensive position?!?

I'd use our 3rd on him for sure, but I seriously doubt he'll fall that far. Jaylon Smith got taken in the early 2nd last year even though the Cowboys knew he'd miss a whole year. And CB is a premium position, unlike a LB....

An achilles tear for a speed position player like CB isnt as easy to recover from. I'd defer to the medical staff, but seriously, I doubt he will never be the same.

Too many other good CBs in this draft to grab a guy with this type of injury.
