We have to be near the top in fewest turnovers

According to the stats, we've only turned the ball over once (not counting 4th downs, not sure on that), and that was Penny's desperation throw vs. the Gliders. We've fumbled 5 times but not lost any of them (one of five teams to have no fumbles lost so far).

We've intercepted once (yesterday - Starks), and recovered 2 fumbles, so we're +2 on TO's, which is something like 5th or 6th in the league. If our secondary was ball-hawking a bit more and actually catching some of those balls (Allen, Hill), we'd be essentially at the top in terms of TO differential.

ONE TURNOVER IN 3 GAMES??????

Last year we would have 3 turnovers in ONE game!!

I would expect it to stay this way, Chad Pennington hardly takes the risks necessary to throw 3-4 INT's in a single game. The only reason he even threw the one because it was a sort of last ditch effort type of pass. As long as he continues to throw short passes, with accuracy, we're not going to turn the ball over, and that's a good thing.

Yeah I feel ya - it's pretty incredible - we're not used to this! We've actually done a very decent job at protecting the ball by the stats. Pennington hasn't really thrown any "real" INTs (I don't fault him at all for the Jets one), and we've gotten lucky on the fumbles.

We should've had 3 interceptions yesterday as Renaldo Hill and Goodman both had opportunities for a pick to go with Randy Stark's interception

We have zero turnovers as far as I am concerned. That INT isn't a real turnover. I don't care whats official.
