one thing ive noticed is s.smith struggles vs. small guys but does better vs. guys his size, we should have been flipping them from the start but we havent, sunday we have to or they will put welker on smiths side and he will destroy him, also vontae cant cover moss. there is no reason a 6'3 corner should cover a 5'9 quick welker or a 5'11 corner should cover a 6'4 moss who can out jump him. but i bet we wont.

I have been saying that for weeks.

Smith should be pasted on Moss all game and have others worry about the rest.

It's all about the safties over the top, I was corener back in my playing days, and the keys is to punish the receivers everywhere on the field, if you notice Randy Moss catches a pass and heads towards th ground, Vontae davis, should punish him off the line of scrimmage. Just hope the refs let the fins play they have tendancy to protect tom terriffic.

I actually read an article last week saying that the staff was willing to let them switch them now that Allen is out.

I would also point out that Smith played R. Wayne really well and he's not a tall receiver at 6ft even (and I don't think he's really 6ft, at least he don't look it) but anyway he shut Wayne down for 3 catches for 37yds and no td's.

As a rookie, its difficult to switch sides because you have two know both corners assignement for every call. Doesnt sound like much but its almost like learning a new playbook.

I'd have to imagine that they have a good idea of what to do on the other side. If they don't, after all this time of practicing and playing in games, then they really, really need to start paying attention.

They've both done really well for being rookies. If Brady isn't pressured it will be brutal though.

I wanna see one of those safeties Blitzing it worked wonders last game. If our Defense plays the Pats the way we played our first half with New Orleans and vs. the Jets remember vs. New Orleans the Defense kept shifting and causing confusion we can beat the Pats. But if we play normal Defense letting only 3 to 4 guys put pressure then Tom Brady will do his thing.

That's my biggest concern. We don't flip our CB's. If we don't, well we better score alot of points if we want a chance. Moss will eat Davis alive and Welker will own own Smith on slants up the middle of the field. Smith was brought in to cover the tall WR's. Use him for what he was drafted for.
