We may lose every preseason game. Why?

Every team we play in preseason we play during the regular season. Knowing Parcells he will not want to show anything to these teams at least on offense. Hopfully everyone will not panic if we do loose most, if not all. Parcells can care less if we win in the preseason nor do i.

Why is it so many people spell lose 'loose'? It's like an epidemic. Vanilla isn't just Parcells flavor during pre-season.

I could care less about the final score of the preseason. The only things Im really interested in are how the defense and o-line look. As well as how Henne plays.

I hate the mis-use of the English language and the mis-spelling of words. .
Rappers are terrible for this. . Hot in Herre. . Nelly, springs to mind. .

Im sure they dont teach this 'street' nonsense in schools, so speak and spell correctly please. .

Actually when Iu was stationed at Ft. Campbell, the state of TN was trying to adopt ebonics as a foriegn language to be taught in public schools....dunno if it ever hapened or not though.

The Fins will not play the starters too long, there is a lot of depth on this team, and younger players need to see some time. Preseason is just about timing and knocking the rust off. The play calling will stay pretty basic, with one or two gimmick plays thrown in for the starters a game.

I am not to worried

lol, very good, intercepted the hyphen. but how is it everyone in america can spell loser but half of them misspell lose? it's baffling.

IMO it really doesn't matter... The main emphasis of preseason is to get the first unit players to establish continuity and to evaluate the rookies and free agents vying for a very limited roster spot.

Rappers also like to leave out the "er" in words.

Preseason is important to win if you can at least the 2 middle games. It helps set the tone for the season. IMO you need to at least to try and split the games. If you have to win with your starter now you are in trouble but even then I have seen coaches do that just to get the message out to the player / starters that winning is expected. BUT the real reason for preseason is to evaluate the backups on the team and give them some experience. Except for the last game the veterans are trying not to get hurt and get into a bit of a rythnm. I hope they leave the preseason alone and do not go to a longer season. I enjoy this portion of the process almost more than the season.

Ebonics has obviously expanded, but it's creole - a combining of African and English/American speech. Ebonics is not the simple misspelling of words. There's no reason that it shouldn't be taught in schools.

. . .

As far as the topic, we may lose every game. Doesn't matter. It's important, though, that we get our 1st and 2nd-year players progressing. Henne will get a lot of time, so that should be exciting, but I'm more curious to see how they implement White. They most likely won't want to show too much from the spread. So, we should see what he looks like running a more traditional NFL offense.

More likely b/c they will give TONS of playing time to the rookies and backups. Most of their starters are returning from last year, so there isn't much reason to give them tons of playing time (they're not involved in many position battles). They've already said Henne will get at least 12 quarters of play. Since we'll have backups in there so much, they'll proly be up against other teams' starters for a bit, and will not be as good

Parcells isn't the coach, when will Sparano get any credit?

By the way, Parcells likes to win whether it's preseason, reg or post. He likes to set the tone in preseason.

Preseason records;

Dallas: 11-4-1
NYJ: 10-2

I don't have the preseason scores for NYG and NE but he does want to win those games
