Dolphins | Agent calls to judge interest in Edinger
Sun, 19 Mar 2006 20:56:16 -0800

Harvey Fialkov, of the Sun-Sentinel, reports agent Ken Harris called the Miami Dolphins to gauge their interest in free agent PK Paul Edinger (Vikings). Edinger not only played for Dolphins' head coach Nick Saban at Michigan State, but Dolphins special teams coach Keith Armstrong was the driving force that led to the Chicago Bears to draft Edinger in the sixth round of the 2000 draft when Armstrong held the same position in Chicago.

another Saban guy, and he's got a great kicking style

Does he kickoff?? I know he has a pretty good leg and is some what accurate.

He would probably come to us cheap, but he would definetly be a downgrade from Olindo Mare. And this is coming from someone (me) who is not a very big Mare fan. Edinger has had a terrible past couple of seasons, and I'd be much happier with Vanderjagt.

lmaoo he has the most ******ed kicking style in the history of man kind. Apparently miami is turning into the VIkes. loll have you guys noticed wehn we make a deal with a certain player we tend to take a lot of their players that year or the following year. we did it with SD a lot, CHI i thhink a couple times, and now minny. seems like there are some teasm we like to work with or their players.
