we need a few guys on the roster with questionable (non violent) character.
 
Grier fired that guy cause he was a threat. Mike Tannebaum. Grier is a joke
 
That is what Ross needs to do at the end of the season. Look at winning organizations to find a football Czar. Let that guy hire the next GM and head coach.
 
This team is worse than an expansion team now.
At least a new team has spirit.
This franchise and players are quitters and spoiled losers.

Need to spend free agent money on a veteran OL and draft a stud ot that can block nfl lineman. Enough with potential. Drafting projects in the first round is nonsense. Games are won on both sides of lines of scrimmage
Draft an OC too. Wont be able to hire one now that ship is sinking
 
I've said it before - make Ozzie Newsome an offer he can't refuse to come out of retirement and set up a front office and scouting department. The new GM can hire the next head coach.
 
Ozzie Newsome could identify talent. Probably one of the best ever at it. He kept the Ravens competitive for over twenty years.
