We need a Fullback, sign Glenn Gronkowski!

Is this the only fullback you have heard of?

Gase doesn't really use FBs. No reason to overreact to 1 game. Gray will be used at FB in the rare cases we do use 1 (goalline)

The more I hear about Gase and the style of offense that he wants to run, the more he reminds me of Philbin. Philbin did away with the FB position and wanted an o-line without any tough, nasty "old-school" linemen. How did that work out for him? Their running game was poor and they rarely converted 3rd or 4th and short on the ground (along with the fact that they allowed the most sacks in the NFL over the past 4 seasons). And, Philbin's short pass based offense was sluggish at the start of every game, and had trouble sustaining drives and scoring TDs.

Let's compare Philbin's team to Gase's team: Gase is using most of Philbin's o-linemen, resulting in a poor running game and the inability to convert short yardage situations on the ground. Tannehill was sacked 5 times. The offense scored only 3 points through 3 quarters of football which equals an inability to sustain drives and score. In fact, Stills' dropped sure TD pass reminded me of the many missed TD opportunities by Marshall and Wallace.

I see nothing that suggests to me that Gase will be the guy to lead Miami to the playoffs. If (actually, when) Albert gets injured, Tunsil will probably move to LT and Dallas Thomas will go in at LG. The fact that Dallas Thomas is still on the roster negates any hope in my mind that Gase is anything more than Philbin Part II.

drawing a lot of conclusions after only one game. Philbin's team would have gotten blown out yesterday. Try Relaxing a little.

honestly, some of yall equate the NFL to Pop & Madden... change a coach, have an offseason, make the playoffs! has anything in your life EVER happened upon a star?? this franchise went from 0 to Perfectville... and that took 6 SEASONS. life works on His schedule... try and enjoy now.

80% of the nfl doesn't have a FB so
