We gotta find that guy..... That spark. In 1996 the spark for the yanks was derek jeter (i'd say that worked out pretty well). We gotta find somebody to be like a derek jeter or a player that just has a attitude out there that he can get it done on offense. If we could have somebody to ignite this team. Light a fire somewhere, or do something to get talent like Chambers, McMike and Booker motivated on offense we could do some damage. Yea ronnie had a ncie year but at some points he looked non chalant in his approach to running. He worked hard but sometimes I felt he didnt hit the holes and just got frustrated with the line so much, that he stopped trying.

I think Ricky Williams might be a spark. Here is a guy that in the two games he started last year had over 280 yards and 2 TDs. Now for people too say "O ricky isnt big anymore, he isnt good" Well last time i checked, you dont have to be big to play big. Just look at Zach Thomas.

I just havent been excited to watch football in so long.
I watch the Gators basketball and see Joakim Noah celebrating after every dunk. Now this may seem like stupid thing to do, and inconsiderate of other players but yo ucan see on his face he isnt doing it to be a jerk, he does it because he loves the game. There has to be somebody hungry on this roster or somewhere else that wants a shot to be a key player for a team that has talent.

I love Ricky Williams, but I don't believe this guy is a spark.
He and Culpepper have been the 2 biggest sparks in Miami, in quite some time.
For Marino's entire career, the one thing that was missing, was the run game.
Ever Since Marino's retirement we've needed a Quarterback.
And I would have to say that Miami's spark was Jason Taylor last year. But we didn't have the offense to make anything happen.
I think we need a breath of fresh air.
If Culpepper fails, hand the keys to Cleo, and get us out of cap hell!!!!

id like to see us get stalworth and pick up reggie nelson at pick number 9

No chance the eagles give up stallworth. Id bet all my finheaven dollars on it!!!!!

IMO our teams spark will have to be a QB, it has to. we have talent at the running backs, wide recievers position but for years the QB was always dragging us down. we also have a top 10 defense. how much better can we get. we just have a big gap at the most important position in football.

The spark will be a 29 year old three time pro bowler QB By the naMe of CULPEPPER, JUST ERASE LAST YEAR BECAUSE YOU KNOW ,I KNOW EVERYBODY ON THE TEAM NEW he was'nt healthy, its a new year and we all should look at this as this is Daunte's first year, throw a healthy lean and fast Daunte with a backfield of ricky williams and ronnie brown and there you will have all the spark you need.

Going one step further if we draft ginn and put him on the outside with chambers and welker in the slot and there my friend you have more than a spark, you will have an EXPLOSION.

When was the last time Stalworth actually played an entire season? The guy is a walking plague of injuries.

An instant spark for this new regime would be a fresh QB for our fresh head coach- a brand new start all around. A clean slate for all of us.

I agree completely. Stallworth is a good receiver when healthy, but I'd prefer not to deal with "the human hamstring pull." I think that Brady Quinn could really be the spark that the offense needs. If he is there at nine, that pick is a no-brainer IMO.

Daunte is now 30 not 29 and the big question now is, will he have to wear a knee brace like Dan Marino did and if so, how much will it affect his mobility. Dan had to wear a knee brace but I don't think he ever received a knee injury as serious as Culpeppers.

I think Ginn Jr. can be that spark. Let's draft him.
