I saw the olineman Michael oher we sure could use a guy like him. he was homelss until a couple found him and gave him a home. what a good kid and he has size .

I think we let Carey walk and we ought to bring in two olinemen .

Andre Johnson a ot for alabama got suspended the other day but he is another olineman to look at.

Barring a terrible combine, Oher will be a top 12 pick. Plus, our scouting department should be able to find a serviceable RT in the mid-rounds. He is an excellent prospect, though.

Oher and I assume you meant Andre Smith might be the first two players taken in the draft.

I personally think we have a solid oline to develop. The main questions are center and one of the guard positions. we have bigger needs than another 1st round tackle.

By the time we pick all elite (ie) first round tackles will be off the board.
Lets face it, the NFL is a copycat league. Look at all the great hits on O-Tackles from this previous draft. Long, Clady, Otah, Baker (to a lesser extent.) Teams will be overdrafting on LTS this years. This year does have a lot of talent in it. Possible 5 first rounders. Other(Miss), Andre Smith(Bama), Monroe(UVA), Jason Smith(Baylor) plus other that sneaks in after the combine.
I think we may take a gander at Mack/Unger relatively early to fill the center postion. Mack looks like a great C prospect and Unger has played every postion on the Oregon line, and has great vesatility.

I agree we need some O Line depth, maybe even a starting RT if Carey leaves. But after yesterdays beatdown, I think its obvious we need some weapons at wr as well. I know it was a premier defense we faced, but Pennington needs some more weapons on offense.

Both Other and and Andre Smith will be long gone by the time we pick. And if we did trade up it would be for a defensive player like Rey M or Taylor mayes out of USC
