Cincinnati just racked up 142 rushing yds vs Baltimore. So Baltimore is now giving up 76 rushing yds/game, moving Miami into the #1 spot for run defense (allowing 61 rushing yds/game).

Yes, I know that can all change on Monday. But it's pretty cool that at least for now, we have the #1 ranked run offense, AND #1 ranked run defense. :)

The Jets run O is pretty good, but I doubt they will have a big game on us, especially with their lack of a deep threat.

We are the #1 run D and #1 run O.
 
man, the chargers are last in the league in rushing with 53.8 ypg. thats kinda shocking
 
I doubt it'll change tomorrow night. Michael Turner didn't do **** against us, neither has anyone else.
 
We may be ranked number one against the run but that does not mean anything when the other team can throw all over the field at will
 
If the jets are to win tomorrow night, mark sanchez is going to have to win it. Im sorry but I dont see mark sanchez making good throws with porter, wake, and taylor in his face all day.

Our CBs are ok at covering WRs. Our weakness is that we can't cover TEs.

i expect us to pack 7 to 8 guys in the box with blitzes and so forth and make sanchez beat us. whenever we have stopped Jets Run we have had the game within our hands. at least history has shown that in this rivalry.
 
in total yards i think we are ranked 8th......for our Run D to hold that number so low is amazing considering how bad our pass d is
 
No doubt they'll have to tackle well and put a spy on the safety valve - Leon Washington.

Thomas Jones has got it going against us in the past. The team with the early lead will probably win this one.
 
Jets have the 13th ranked run defense..allowing 100.2 yards rushing against them...we need to run the ball hard on them,and play our brand of ball control offense,and i believe we can win this game...and as long as the defense brings the heat like they did against the Bills...i believe we'll do just fine if those things happen...
