Actually, we poached the right team but the wrong coach. There have been whispers for years that Tom Clements deserves more credit in Green Bay for the development of Aaron Rodgers and the Packers offense than he has been given credit for. We interviewed the wrong guy.
 
We should have landed Harbaugh when we had the chance, and then closed the deal and signed Peyton Manning when he was a free agent.
 
Failbin. He seems to have zero answers and zero creativity.

McCoy is a good coach. Intelligent Miami Dolphin fans need to recognize what our real problems are. It is a lack of having the correct Personnel on the team. 1st and foremost we must revamp the offensive line: LOT/LOG/ROG/ROT. Our pro bowl center needs to get stronger physically/ mentally. Our inside linebackers have been very bad in run support this year{Wheeler/Ellerbe} not to mention Wheeler has been atrocious in pass coverage. I know most people think Starks and Soliai have been VERY good this year.........I have seen both driven back on one on one blocking far too much this year. Granted they are double teamed at times, however Starks/Solia have a tendency to take themselves out of position on too many occasions. I would like the team to try to bring Patterson back on a better cap number. Carroll was awful today. Was he that hurt? I am excited that we will get Binns and Gibson back next year. I hope Egnew or more so Sims develops into a legit starting TE. We need to go out and get a RB who can hit the whole and move the pile on third{/or4th} and short and get the 1st down.

Now! Ireland! I has not been as bad as most people have claimed, however he has not shown that he is a superior GM. He has failed to improve the Offensive line his entire stay in Miami. He has failed to keep the RUN DEFENSE were it needs to be. It might be time for him to move on.

Sherman! I think the game has passed him by. His in game decisions have been predictable and ineffective. I believe he is not very good at adjusting to the personnel he has, or more importantly he is almost always incapable of making consistent in game counter moves of the opponent. I believe he needs to move on.

Philbin! I like him. I think with the improvements and lack of {Bully Gate}, he will be a very good HC next year.

As a Miami Dolphin fan since the 1968-70......and beyond. I hope the owner makes the appropriate changes in the near future.
 
Looking like SD will finish with the same record, so I fail to see any vast difference. Maybe McCoy is a better golfer?

yeah before we bitch and moan about not hiring Mike McCoy, let's see if his team can beat the Chiefs B Team
