yeah right....a no doubt 1000 yd probowl WR...they are everywhere. Just pick one up with the #3 we just got from Chicago.

Did I say with the #3? Yeah, Marshall was a 1,000 yard receiver here. Did it translate into wins, though? Look at the other WR's on the roster. There ain't much. I know that sounds like even more reason to keep Marshall, but honestly, for the money he was being paid, he just didn't do enough to really matter. If they get solid QB play, it shouldn't be terribly hard to find another guy who can be a 1,000 yard receiver and score 5 TD's a season. Do I wish they had gotten better compensation? Absolutely. Is it the heartbreaking travesty so many of you are making it out to be? Hardly.
