We will always leave points on the field with Tannehill....

I'm a huge Tabnehill supporter and yes I'm starting to doubt he is the guy. How many deep ball opportunities will be missed.

I attack a lot of players, but I have been waiting around on Tannehill to give him some time to develop. That being said...IF HE DOES NOT IMPROVE DRAMATICALLY BY THE END OF THE SEASON, WE NEED TO BE DRAFTING A NEW QB NEXT YEAR.

Tannehill doesn't seem to have any touch on the ball. He seems to throw everything with little trajectory.

Yeah Chad Henne has always had this problem. Oh wait, we're talking about Tannehill? I thought the point of drafting these QB's of the future and benching solid guys like Moore was that they could make all the throws, not just one that required a bullet pass.

If and only IF this team craps the bed this year, get rid of Philbin, promote Lazor to HC, and draft Mariota who can actually run this system.

It isn't just the deep ball. He can't properly LEAD his passes. His freaking bubble screen passes aren't even good. He always puts the receiver in a position that the cannot get any YAC.

That would be the best scenario. We keep Hickey and promote Lazor...show Philbin the door...

It's time to start thinking about drafting a QB again. Of course the Dolphins will win just enough games to keep them out of a spot to draft a top prospect.

I like all the down votes of the OP but not many arguments as to why.

This is how it is around Finheaven... there are way to many homers and not actual football fans. If you actually watch the games, you would see that Tannehill is an average QB in this league. If all conditions aren't perfect for him to succeed, he fails. I was over him last year and this year is going to show alot of Dolfans that we need a QB to win anything in this league. This game is not a huge factor in my decision, but the years past has shown me that we have just another QB.

How many passes are these guys gonna drop...beautifully thrown deep pass to Hartline and right thru his hands

I'm very disappointed. He is making better reads, better decisions than ever. He is not throwing the head-scratching interceptions, even when things are going poorly. That is encouraging.

But.

But.

But! He is not throwing the football accurately. He is making the right reads, seeing guys open, and MISSING them. IMO this has not been the case with him the past two years, and in fact I really did not consider his accuracy to be an issue. Right now? It is a HUGE problem.

We have had drops, we have had pass protection problems, we have had no running game today. But through two weeks, two things have been consistent: drops and inaccurate throws. Drops happen, they are part of footballl. However, the QB needs to be accurate. Period.

Not good enough.

This is the worst case scenario for this year. I've supported Tannehill, but after this game, I'm checking out. We've surrounded our QB with more talent than we have since early Marino. We have a new modern offense designed to help him. But it seems being out of Sherman's ****fest offense has only heightened his accuracy issues. He's forced to make quicker reads, but he seems to freeze up doing it. Tannehill was ****ing awful today. He's not going to be elite. He's not even Andy ****ing Dalton. Not sure where we go from here, but it's a big challenge and very disappointing.

The good news is I have faith in Hickey. I'd like him to have the opportunity to pick our next QB for our next HC.

Dude u only post about Tannehill sucking so stop preaching like your some football guru and everyone who defends him is a homer. This whole team played bad but you will sit here and beat the Tannehill sucks angle to death. No mentions of all the dropped passes or how special teams was complete ****.
