C-PEP comes back healthy enough to lead the team, R. Williams staying drug free, hiring the proper OFFENSIVE minded coach and having a solid draft both on offense and defense.

This team is not that bad Fin Fans. I will admit it i have been very critical of this team this season, but I am seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. We have a group of guys that can win us games next year. For the first time I do think we are a couple of players away from becoming a contender.

A lot of us are looking to draft a Q.B for the future with the 1st round pick, and don't get me wrong i do think it will be good to go that route if we are going to go thru a rebuilding stage. If not, I would like this team to draft or thru free agency bring in a lock down corner. We really need one, I also think that J.Allen R.Hill and ofcourse J.Bell can hold the fort at the Safety possition. Our D-Line will have some young talent in Evans And R.Wright come back from injury. So our D looks like it is getting younger. In addition the LB possition needs to be adressed as well. A stud in free agency will be awsome (we all know who the posibilities are), and i think our D will be set.

On Offense the O-Line needs help but not a complete make over as most of you think. With the return of R.Williams, R.Brown and S.Morris in the back field we could have a three headed monster. We do need to bring in a WR to compete with C.Chambers for the #1 spot. C.Chambers is too confortable and needs some competition to put some fear in him. The same goes for R.MicMicheal. As far as our other Wr's i think the corps is good with Hagan, Welker and Booker.

Special teams only concern should be to bring in a good returner. I love Wes but he does not have the 6 gear to get him thru that last wall of defenders that 99% of the time are the ones that are able to tackle him.

Now if we are not able to get a C.B thru free agency or a L.B this is how i would like the draft to go.

1RND C.B
2RND L.B
3RND W.R
4RND O.L
6RND D.L
7RND B.P.A

Give me your thoughts and preffrences on the way the draft should go.

I'm willing to give Culpepper a chance to come back, but I don't think we should just hand him the starting job either. We need a solid back-up plan again just in case he can't get it done.....

I wouldn't rule out the new administration drafting a young QB high this year either. If QB Brain Brohm falls to us at #9, I would certainly entertain the idea of drafting him.....

PHINZ RULE!!!

One thing I hope we do is either reduce Olindo Mare's contract or cut him.

We need to get other QB's under contract.

Culpepper & Harrington shoud be given walking papers. Trade them for ANYTHING we can get & start fresh...

I agree. I also think one of the top three QB's will fall to #9. B.Brohm has not declared yet but if he does their will be 4 QB's with the possibilty that one can drop to our pick.

But i also think that if we don't land one in free agency it is important to get that lock down corner. It will be huge for our D and make them more complete.

The C-PEP situation is a gamble i'm willing to risk, as long as we make the proper roster moves to fill in some of the positions that are in dire need of help. C.B, L.B, O-Line.

If they're smart they'll draft the Best Player Available every round and not try to pigeonhole what they're looking for in each round. That is an assenine way to run a draft.

Chill out bro. Your starting to sound desperate willing to give away our QB's for whatever we can get. Are you sure you don't work for R.Spielman? Or better yet is your name Terry Satan? You sound as desperate as her trying to get out of Miami.:sidelol:

What if every BPA is a running back? are you going to draft them all? You need discipline in the draft. Also you need to bring in players to add depth to ur team in every position.

A little common sense please. Of course you don't draft the same position every round. But you can't say I'm going to take a QB in 1st round, DE in 2nd etc. You build a list of needs and you select the best player available within those needs.

Commom sence is what you needed to make the first time around, but you failed to do so. If you look at the way i see it and the way i set up my type of draft i want them to take the BPA at those positions.

You're not a GM. Stop trying to act like one.
