I really do believe Rodgers will be the #1 pick but that doesn't mean that will pick Smith. In fact, I hope we don't draft Smith even if we don't trade out of the spot. I don't think he's all that and he will cost a lot of bucks.

I think its very possible that the 49ers (who are very cheap) are not willing to dish out the money that Alex Smith wants. So, they will go with Aaron Rodgers or Braylon Edwards, and we will end up with Alex Smith.
