Because the Chiefs and Raiders are garbage. KC currently getting blown out by Broncos and Raiders getting shut out by Houston.

But don't let that fool you into thinking this is a playoff team.

And that's what sucks. Forever 7-9. Not good enough to get an elite player. Not that out front office would know an elite player anyways.

Well they have enough talent to beat both teams but this is the Dolphins. I would be happy with 3-1 but I know not to get too excited.

Don't get me wrong, the Dolphins were garbage today, and are not an elite team, but they are better than both KC and Oakland, and have shown as much this season.

I felt all along that the Bills were equal and/or better than the Dolphins. I consistently said it was the game that scared me the most of the early season games. This result was somewhat expected to me.

I fully expect to be 3-1, and everyone will get all high on the team, just to be let down again during the inevitable mid season / late season swoon

Teams the Dolphins should beat are the very ones they usually lose to.
 
3-1 would be great because after the bye we will have Moreno, Pouncey, Misi, Wheeler, Jones, and Jordan back. Full strength all around.

You do know that after last week everyone on here-- everyone-- was thinking we'd most likely be 2-0 after this week, right?

I mean, I'm pessimistic as hell about this team and even I was ready to believe they'd finally turned the corner. And yet, here we are at 1-1 and so far the only thing we know for sure is that this team gets psyched up to play NE at home but can't beat the Bills if their lives depended on it. It's so much like last year that it's uncanny.

Can they be 3-1 at the bye, sure. Will they be 3-1? I think there's just as much of a chance they'll be 2-2. And yes, mediocrity strikes again.

Exactly. Chiefs are on the move and threatening to tie this game with 2 min left. Im actually hoping they win. If they are 0-2 they will be desperate for a win next week.

This is the NFL. There really arent any easy games. Especially when we start Ryan Tannehill at QB.
 
I'm all for being optimistic but if we have backup linebackers stinking up the field, no run game and a qb who has limited route tree accuracy, I am not confident we can beat most teams. The kool-aid is tasty but be careful succuming to it's stupidity.
