I must confess that after the first quarter I thought we would loose this one, Credit to Rex putting the perfect plan against us.
Solid Running schemes power football putting the pass defense on standby and the offense on the sideline, Rex kept the best side of the fins inactive for the most part. Coyle adjusted with gutsy play calling with 8 in the box and I particularly liked the last scheme with nickel and dime formations utilizing a 3 man rush with wake,jordan,vernon using Jordan in the middle. this was a chess game that we won thanks to special teams outplaying them.
I saw an incredible stat a half time that we were 1-48 when trailing in the third quarter, now we are 2-48. Chess game that we won with a last defensive stand. nice! At last a close one for us .
