Danny Dabiri from realfootball365.com writes "when forecasting the Miami Dolphins ' prospects for the upcoming year, the team's fans should be encouraged by the softness of their first six games."

Is it me or this guy is watching another league (maybe the UFL). I can give him three, the Raiders, Texans and Browns, but the Cowboys and Jets made the playoffs last year, and the Redskins away on their opening home game won't be easy either.

What do you think?

The Texans own us, the Raiders defense is just as good as ours, and the Browns won't be pushovers. Don't count any chickens before they hatch this year.

Browns could be the suprise team this year. We'll win vs oakland. The texans will beat us like usual. Then the other games we'll get L's on across the board

I think the first part is much easier then the second half, no doubt, but to say any team will be "easy" before they even start the season is just stupid. Every year there is a "projected good team" (see dolphins last year) that stinks it up and a "projected bad team" that lights it up. Just idle opinion to meet a story deadline.

I agree that it is the weakest part of our schedule, but we usually lose the games that we should win and win a few that we shouldn't. Nobody expected us to lose to the Texans...every time we've played them. And nobody outside these boards expected a win against Chicago.

I would be very happy to win half those games.

if we win 4 out ot 6 i'm happy, but i think we can beat all of them! :cooldude:

What does this guy say for the teams that we play the first 6 teams against about us? Are we a weak opponent in the eyes of the Jets or Texans?

I mean 6-10 isnt anything to crow about

Well, he means we don't play the pats, colts, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Chicago, etc.

We don't play the pats?? twice??!? Did I miss the Patriots leaving the AFC East??? That sure would be nice. Im glad we dont play the colts, steelers, ravens, or chicago for that matter. Unfortunately, we will have to see that Mother $@%*** Tom Brady try to beat us deep with Randy Moss. I am not looking forward to playing them this year, not saying our defense cannot keep up. We always have a brutal schedule it would be nice for it to start off easy for once.

Not in the first six weeks which is what the article said.

I would rather us play the Pats,Colts,Ravens, etc in the first few games... we would probably be off to a 3-1 start.

I'm sorry I thought this was June not Aug. There are about 5 million thing that have to be seen and done before any one knows anything. If anyone could tell what was going to happen this far ahead of the games being played then they would live in Vegas and be making millions in the sports book. So that guy knew that Green was going to get his egg srambeled in the Chefs opening game? This is the NFL any given team on any given Sunday can win. UM who handed DA Bears first lost last year? Oh we did. So wait and see who comes out of camp healthy and then start trying to tell me who is going to win what games.

Optiimism is nice but it seems that we play like *** against the crap teams.

Here's hoping Cam right's our ship and we can handle the "infierior" teams like Houston, Oak and Cleveland. We've always been oh so close to beating gang green and we always split with NE it seems. Does washington, Dallas, or NYG scare me, no. We have a good chance of winning all of our first 8 games, and conversely, a chance to lose some. That's what makes this time of year fun!
