I know a fan was asking whether he should cancel his trip. I'm coming down as well tomorrow, but I stumbled upon this at weather.com

The movement trend to the northeast is forecast through the weekend. But DO NOT let your guard down. Residents and visitors need to be extremely cautious of Ophelia's threat as a loop and turn back towards the Southeast coast is a definite possibility. Winds gusted 30 to 40 mph along the coast from Jacksonville to Melbourne on Thursday with a localized gust at Port Canaveral to 52 mph but are much lighter today. Some coastal showers could inch northward into Georgia and the Carolinas this weekend.

I was there last year when we played Tennesee and a hurricane was forecast to hit South Florida. We left a day early, and the Hurricane went elsewhere. I hope this weekend is different!

Man Don't Worry You'll Be Fine Weather Is Beautiful Down Here And There's No Doubt In My Mind It'll Remain That Way Through The Weekend. It'll Definately Be Hot When Denver Get Out On That Field.

Who cares! I was at the Pittsburgh game last year. Ain't no game in South Fla. thats going to have worse weather than that without getting rescheduled!

I was there too, probably the worst weather I have ever experienced at a sporting event. I was at the uM Pitt game about 5 years ago, that was bad, the FSU UM game in Tallehassee 2 years ago was also bad, but last year's Pitt game was awful.

Denver has never won a game in Miami. They struggled in two low scoring defensive affairs last season in the state of Florida. The high and dry weather of Colorado is the polar extreme of the humid, swamp weather in South Florida. I was hoping Shanahan was going to move the team to South Florida to practice this week to get acclimated to the weather.

Do you think the Dolphins are going to wear their white tops forcing my Broncos to wear their dark navy blue in the sun?

Melbourne is about a four hour drive from the stadium. The weather in Miami will be fine. If the storm does loop back around it won't go that far south.

I pretty much can guarantee it man. The Dolphins hardly even wear the aqua jerseys anymore, even on the road.

You're right! It seems like you guys wear orange tops more than the Broncos do these days.

The Broncos are in for a low scoring, defensive battle.

If the weather is gonna be like what they say its gonna be... I think Denver will start to wilt half way through the third quarter.

As the official 1st post I want to say hi to fellow Dolphin fans and other fans alike. I would also like to say how nice of a site this is and hopefully we can all enjoy a great season under our new coach and look forward to many promising years ahead.

As far as the weather in So Florida goes...HOT, HUMID, HAZY...

Don't worry about the hurricane it's still making up it's mind and should have no influence on the game at all.

Let's get ready for a Dolphin victory! To those going to the game GET LOUD out there!
