Week 1 Dolphins vrs Jags week matchup thread

I think it will be a close game. If Hill and our speed can make a few plays then we win. If we have to grind it out I think the Jags pull out the win.

Assuming Ramsey plays, I’m surprised so many people are so worried about our defense. The secondary is stacked. The LB corps is the best it has been in years with Long, Brooks, and Walker. Seiler, Campbell, and Jones will be fine. We might be a little light at edge early on, but there is decent depth.
If Chop gets in there and has a shot at a QB...somebody's getting hurt. That kid is a monster.

So, do the Jags count as a quality good team?

It reminds me of the Chargers last year. They were an expected playoff team. That was a great start. Then that Game no longer counted as beating a good or winning team when Herbert went down.

So, are the Jags considered a good team or a team that the win won't matter because they suck lol

Can we only truly know when the regular season ends, is that how this works?

Everything is always in hindsight here; welcome to FinHeaven. For real though, I think the Jags are the only real competition the Texans have for the AFC South. The Titans and Colts are .500 teams.

Nobody knows, and yes.

Its just like strength-of-schedule and all that jazz talked about before the season. Impossible to know until after-the-fact.

Of course not! They will be a winless team on monday.

they are going to put up points. They got good receivers and tight ends and backs. I don't know where we are going to get a pass rush. Phllips might not be effective yet. I am worried about that. I hope seiler and campbell can get us a rush. What about chop?

We will need to put up a lot of points. Doesn't their secondary suck?
