Well, last week Miami failed in alot of areas. They didn't get the RBs enough carries, and the defense couldn't stop Vick in the passing game. So what has changed in one week?

I think Miami will try even harder this week to get Ronnie & Ricky into the game as often as possible. The Patriots defense is weak in the secondary, and the front seven is not what it once was. Miami should be able to run on them. If they can get passed the front seven, we could see a couple HUGE breakaway runs this week.

As far as the passing game, I'm hoping that Frerotte has a great game. He needs it badly. One more bad performance from him and he may not be able to walk around freely in Miami. The Patriots secondary is not very good. Miami should be able to get the WRs back into the offense. It would be great to see McMichael get a TD this week.

On defense, Miami will have a tough time with Brady. Brady knows Miami well, and the Patriots offense is nothing without him. Everything revolves around his play. If Miami can get to him early, they will win. They need to put EXTREME pressure on Brady, and do it EARLY. That is how Miami has given him problems in the past. Last year, he was pressured into throwing that INT that cost NE the game. As far as the Patriots running game, a shadow of its former self. Miami can stack them up. Dillion will not get 100 yards.

My Week 10 Predictions:

1. Ronnie gets 100 yards on the ground, and gets back into the endzone.
2. Frerotte throws 1 TD and 1 INT, but has success in the passing game all day.
3. Zach Thomas comes back after a couple bad showings. He will get 10+ tackles this week.
4. Miami's defense will get at least two turnovers. One of them will come from Brady in the air.
5. Brady will throw for almost 300 yards, 2TDs and 1 INT. He will have a big day.
6. Mare kicks the game winning field goal and makes up for the miss he had against NE at home a couple years ago.

Miami can shut out Dillon. He has been banged up this year. Brady will want to throw anyway. It will be hard to keep him from having a big day. But if they can pressure him, he will eventually cough it up. They have to get pressure on Brady. This will be a close game. No matter what they have said all week. This IS a fight for first place. It is going to be a great game!

Final Score: Dolphins 20, Patriots 17
Dolphins edge this out and turn the season around!! GO FINS!!

1. Ronnie DOES get 100 yards on the ground and a TD
2. Ricky gets 70 something yards on the ground and a TD
3. Frerotte throws for a little over 200 yards with a 1 TD and 1 INT. But his completion percentage is low and he attempts a lot of passes when we SHOULD run.
4. Chambers catches a TD and has close to 100 yards recieving.
5. The defense sacks Brady 3 times
6. The Secondary dives up numerous big plays

AND....The Dolphins lose

Final Score:
Patriots 31
Dolphins 21

No way Frerotte throws for 200 yards and 100 of those yards goes to Chambers.

Gus can throw for 200....if he throws 30 passes.

And who else is going to get the yards?

Booker? who gets like 40 yards a game?

McMichael? who doesn't even get a catch until the 4th quarter?

I think Frerotte hits Chambers on some 58 yard pass or something....and then Chambers finishes with close to 100 yards. I didn't say he'd get 10 catches for 100 yards and have an amazing day. It will probably be like 4 catches for 93 yards and a TD

Gus can certainly throw for 200 yards. It just seems odd that half of those would go to one receiver. I can't see that happening. I could see Chambers getting that 58 yard pass and maybe a couple more short gains. So 4 catches for 93 yards sounds possible. But Gus will have more like 250-260 yards passing if that happens.

I was thinking around 220....

If Gus is throwing thirty times we'll most likely be losing.

I'd like to see Gus throw for a whopping 15 times, and gives our carries to the rb's who have been producing.

I think if we run all day, by the fourth both Ricky and Ronnie will have beaten up the Pats enough to break free and get huge gains, possibly winning if the score isn't lopsided by the fourth.
