Finally the Dolphins are on a legit official BYE. This is Miami's first real BYE in 2 seasons! A week off from Miami's putrid offense. We all need it.

For those interested in Draft Positions, here is the current order of the first 20 picks :

1.OAK (1-8)
2. SF (2-8)
3.NYG (2-7)
4.ARZ (2-7)
5.NYJ (3-7)
6.BUF (3-7)
7.DET (3-6)
8.DEN (3-6)
9.JAX (3-6)
10.TB (3-6)
11.CLE (3-6-1)
12.IND (4-5)
13.OAK (1-8) FROM DALLAS
14.ATL (4-5)
15.BAL (4-5)
16.PHI (4-5)
17.GB (4-5-1)

18.MIA (5-5)
19.SEA (5-5)
20.TEN (5-4)

What sucks about this current order, is that it appears that a few teams that are more talented than Miami are set up to pick ahead of them. Good thing there are 6 more weeks to sort this stuff out.

Ok, now for the fans that aren't looking toward the draft and still holding out hope for the playoffs this season:

Playoff Picture:

1. Kansas City Chiefs- 9-1 (WEST) 2. Pittsburgh Steelers- 6-2-1 (NORTH)

3.New England Patriots- 7-3 (EAST) 4.Houston Texans- 6-3 (SOUTH)

5.Los Angeles Chargers- 7-2 (WC1)
6. Cincinnati Bengals- 5-4 (WC2)

In the Hunt:

7.Tennessee Titans- 5-4
8.Miami Dolphins- 5-5

Games to Keep an eye on for Miami's best interests:

Titans 5-4 @ Colts 4-5 (1pm/CBS)
Bengals 5-4 @ Ravens 4-5 (1pm/CBS)

It appears that the more teams Miami is tied with, the more tiebreakers they lose. Next week @ IND for Miami will be huge for both teams.

If Tennessee, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Baltimore, and Miami are all 5-5 after this week the order will be the following:

6. Baltimore Ravens (5-5)
7. Cincinnati Bengals (5-5)
8. Miami Dolphins (5-5)
9. Tennessee Titans (5-5)
10. Indianapolis Colts (5-5)

After watching every game this season, the last thing I want to do is consider Miami's playoff position. I'm more inclined to ask myself how such an inept offense and inconsistent defense could possibly be picking 18th in next year's draft.
That’s crazy. I was thinking they’d be around 12th right now but they’re behind teams like Atlanta, Philadelphia and Baltimore. Just Miami’s luck.

Jacksonville says they may trade Ramsey in the offseason. If true, Miami needs to be all over that.

I thought for sure the original post was gonna take a different turn.

Way not to ruin it.

That’s the most disappointing team in football this year. And it’s not close.
Agreed And then probably Green Bay.

Especially after Jacksonville throttled New England they were looking like a legit team. And the scary thing for them is most of it isn’t because Bortles sucks but because the defense is disappointing as well.

I'm watching the Colts/Titans game just so I can be reminded of the many posters in the cyberverse who had the "unmitigated gall" to say Tannehill was as good as Luck....

Andrew luck hasn’t been sacked in 4 games. That’s a bad omen for us next week

I see us as having a top 15 pick by the time our season is over. 10-12th

We are the only team in the top 20 other than #2 overall San Fran to have missed our starting qb for even 3 games let alone 5

And we sit at 18th. Adam Gase getting fired this offseason is a pipe dream
