Here are the teams we need to root for next week:

Jacksonville at Miami -- Miami

Below I have listed the games into the chances of the predictions occurring

Probable:
Baltimore at Cincinnati -- Baltimore
San Diego at Buffalo -- San Diego
Seattle at Denver -- Seattle

Semi-probable:
N.Y. Jets at Green Bay -- Come on Green Bay

Improbable:
Kansas City at Cleveland -- Cleveland

I don't think there is anything in the NFL that is inprobable these days. Look at the Giants game today. I honestly think the Jets will struggle in Green Bay next week and that's my upset pick. I really hope Cincinnati loses to Baltimore but I've got the Bengals winning this one. We desperatly need them to lose that one though.

I was a little iffy about making the jets vs packers improbable. I do hope that the packers win. Also, there is no way that baltimore loses to cincinnati. I expect baltimore to use a healthy and revitalized Jamal Lewis this thursday to gain a huge lead on time of possesion because the bengals have no D. Look at the bengals last two wins Atlanta and Cleveland.

I'll agree with you on that. I will change the comment.

You have your sentence mixed up here, just thought I'd let you know.

But you can't say there is no way they win. Sure Baltimore is the favorite, but Cincinnati's offense is rolling right now. Lets see if the Ravens have an answer for Chad Johnson.

thanx

I'm afraid we dug a hole to deep to climb out of when we were 1-6. This team (and coaching staff) have only themselves to blame when they are sitting home in January lamenting over what could have been.
You don't lose to the likes of the Texans, Packers, Bills and Jets in successive weeks if you want to be taken seriously as a playoff contender.

Yeah you're right, if a team loses a few games they should have won they should automatically be taken out of playoff contention and forfeit the rest of their season.

NOTHING is impossible in the NFL. The Brownies won in ATL the other week, and although the Falcons arent as good as we all thought they would be... one would have expected them to handle CLE at home pretty easily. Same with GB at home against the Jets. NEVER count out The Pack at Lambeau. Hopefully everything works out for the best...

Why is everyone saying GB will challenge the Jets? I know it's Lambeau Field in December but of recent history, it's been a pushover to play in.

Green Bay is REALLY inconsistent. The Jets are a tougher team than many give them credit for.

well ... when a team starts 1-6 ... including losses to teams that are not very good ...

I mean c'mon now, I love the optimism but rolling your eyes at a post that simply pointed out the obvious.:shakeno:

Bottom line is this, if we win out, we're in.
I know it doesn't seem like we're getting help from other teams losing at this time but as the weeks go by, the teams will start to drop one by one as they play each other or just lose.
If we win out and go 10-6, we win the playoffs, period.

That Cleveland Game is IMP!!

I need them to beat the Chiefs!! And bad

KC i wann em out even thogh LJ is my fav back!! Followed him In Penn State!
