Week 14 other games of interest

Indy @ Cleveland
Buffalo @ Denver
NE @ SD

#1 priority is obviously taking care of Balt, but of these other games with playoff implications, what outcomes would better Miami's playoff hopes?

Do we want Indy and Denver to basically eliminate Cleveland and Buffalo from the playoff race, but pull away as leaders in their respective divisions? I guess so, unless we think Miami is also vying for a division title and has a shot at perhaps catching Indy for a higher seed.

What about NE @ SD? If we still think Miami has a shot at the division, we obviously need NE to lose....but do we want SD getting 1 win closer to a WC (they still have DEN, @SF, @KC left on their schedule. Not sure here.

Pitts @ Cinci? No clue....they play each other again week 17, and have comparable opponents the other 2 weeks.

Cincinnati beating Pittsburgh helps us.

There is a a scenario where we lose to Baltimore and then win the last 3 and make the playoffs.
But only if Cincinnati beats Pittsburgh

Besides, i live near Cincy and want to see the Miami at Cincy playoff games that I got robbed of last year.

Even though I would love to have Miami win the division...The pats likely aren't going to lose 2 in a row. If they did then I highly doubt they lose their 3rd game in a row to us. I wish it would happen so I could talk as much **** as I want but I will be pulling for the other wild card contenders to lose.

The Fins are not winning the division. As much as I would love it there is no way the Patsies lose 3 in a row. We need Cinci, Indy, Denver and NE to win.

We're best off with Cincy pulling away in that division so keep pulling for the Bengals. Like someone else said, that tie is a problem and we don't want to be near them in the standings.

We will know by 7:30pm sunday who we want to win SD vs. NE.

We win, We want SD setting up a dogfight game for the division. It would be tons of fun because no one thinks this is possible. I do, but requires some good mistake free football.

Yes we do, just in case we lose to the patsies.

If we win and the Bengals win, it's smooth sailing for a wild card spot. Even if the Chargers go on a roll it will be tough for the other teams to catch our AFC record.
