The one thing I've been looking for is the "experts" opinion on how strong our team is going into week 2... I see we moved up a couple spots..

7. Miami Dolphins (1-0) | Previous rank: 15

The key now for Miami is to make certain that the highlight of the season didn’t come in the opener. It was a highly impressive triumph over the Patriots. Knowshon Moreno and the offensive line did plenty to help Ryan Tannehill. But where the Dolphins go from here is what matters.

I cant agree with this power ranking.. I seriously doubt Cincinnati is #4 and the Lions are #6... Cant wait to see the others rankings

Saints previous ranking according to them: 5
Saints after a close loss to the Falcons: 17

LOL

How is Cleveland #32 when they lost in Pittsburgh on a last second FG when Dallas, ranked 30th, got smoked at Jerry World? Or even the god damn Rams being 29th.

Funny stuff.

#30, #31, and #32 spots should be reserved for the three GARBAGE teams in the NFC East. Washington, Dallas, and New York. Three teams with bad defenses and garbage quarterbacks.

And yeah, I said it. Eli, Tony, and Robert are all playing like GARBAGE right now.

Cleveland showed moxie on Sunday after a disastrous first half and to rank them #32 just doesn't jive with reality IMHO.

Are these the official power rankings? These are awful! I'm as big of an optimist as anyone but 7 is too high. The rams should be last. I live in ram country and got to watch that game. Awful!!!

Man Eli Manning has turned into complete garbage...he looks really bad. But they haven't drafted well the last 3 years either and John Jerry was getting abused, which is no surprise to us. Even Victor Cruz looks like he's done. That team needs a complete overhaul on offense and defense. That's what poor drafting does to you and it's an old team.

Eli is making 20 million a year too... It's not like they are giving him ANY help.. but it doesn't matter.. he's still done..

The Giants also went through the last stage of getting fired before a rebuild.. Splurge in Free Agency as a last second hope that you won't be fired.. See Jeff Ireland 2013.. Oakland also did the same thing

Eli, Tony, and Robert this week...

It should be taken with a grain of salt; I'm sure our inflated ranking is based on the perceived "degree of difficulty" facing a team that approx 3 out of every 5 prognosticators projected to either play in or win the Super Bowl. Although presently it looks like Tom Terrific may have lost a step and that traveling on "Revis Peninsula" is not that hazardous to a wideouts back, still remains to be seen how good Brady and his team really are. And if they're not, this rating is really overblown and sure to deflate.

Can someone please explain to me what is the point of power rankings? Is this college football?

Plus Peter king had us at #6 in MMQB

I wish they would stop. It's one game albeit a great win but there's a long way to go and the Bills will be a true test.
(cann't believe i said that but it's true)
