Looking at the highlights of the play Tannehill hands the ball off FORWARD before the toss back to Wilson on the double reverse who then throws the ball forward again.

Does the forward hand-off not constitute a forward pass, therefore rendering the second Wilson pass illegal? Loved the play but not sure if it could have been called back by a different referee. Sorry if its just me being naive. GO PHINS!
