A good portion of the country gets the broadcast this week, including most of Florida, most of the northeast aside from Boston, portions of the Great Plains, most of the Rocky Mountains as well as Hawaii. #4 announcer team Kenny Albert and Jonathan Vilma will be on the call for FOX.

I dumped directv to get YTTV in order to get the ticket because they don’t always show our game here in the Orlando market.......well, this week will be the 5th week in a row our game is on local TV
It really needs to be a la carte as an option on top of the full package. I've only needed it for one game so far. Happy to have the others but I should be allowed to pay a premium for a single game if I want. Charge me $30 for a game. It would just be nice to look at what's on and when and then come up with a plan.

I really hate the YTTV interface. It's unnecessarily clunky. I also hate that I can't just pick the 1 pm game in the noon hour and have it default to the network pregame show. When using my laptop to have to change it at game time on three different monitors from my laptop it gets to be more of a pain in the butt than it should. I mean, it's simple problems but they just shouldn't exist.

Do you need a base YTTV package to get the ticket?

The lack of an à la carte package sucks, but to be honest I‘ve found in the past that I get a lot of value, especially later in the season, when I would have one TV set to the Dolphins and then another dedicated to just flipping games.

I skipped the Ticket this year when I realized that with Hulu Live if I changed both my browser‘s Geo Location using longitude and latitude and my VPN to which ever city was showing the game I wanted to see, that that bypassed Hulu’s attempts to lock you into your actual location and would give you access to your desired area’s local stations. I miss it in that I can‘t just flip channels instantly to any game without spending 2 minutes changing settings, but I couldn‘t justify paying $400 just for that convenience.

In Utah here, only game not broadcast was last week vs the Jills.

Guess the sun really does shine on a dogs ass every now and then.

They should offer individual team packages. Like 150 to get all Dolphins games

I'm kinda pissed at the NFL right now, selling all these games to all of these different streaming companies.

And what's with only being able to watch the local/national games live, via NFL+, on phone or tablet? Is that from the FCC, or is it a contract with major cell phone carriers?

What other streaming companies are they selling to? YTTV has the exclusive rights as such they pay $2billion a year for it.

Totally agree with you on this. They should offer a single team option, if not a single game option. For me, the entire package works because I want all the games. But I get that not everyone does nor do they have a small sports bar setup like I do.

I really hate the YTTV interface. It's unnecessarily clunky.

I actually think it’s not bad, especially when compared to the likes of FUBO which frustrated me endlessly when I tried it out for a week.

The only negatives I think of that differ from my DirectTV experience is the inability to use slow motion and that the programs I save on DVR only last 9 months.

Other than that, I think it’s very good. Much better than when DTV had the package.

While you can’t watch the network pregame show unless it’s on the local channel broadcasting the game(s), you can change to the game channel you want well in advance. You don’t have to wait and have a mad scramble at game time. It'll just show a still screen of the upcoming match up just like DTV used to do when you switched to a Sunday Ticket channel before actual game time.

It took me a few minutes to figure out a couple of weeks ago, but it can be done. Like you, I hated that I had to wait right til game time to switch to the channel. With 5 TV's setup, that was very much a pain in the @$$. Turns out, I don't have to deal with it anymore. I can't yet tune to the Dolphins-Giants channel today to test it, but on game day or at least a long while before the game starts you will be able to do this.

1. Select the game channel you want to change to.
2. Select "More info"
3. Select "Watch now"
4. Select the game again

Doing the above will switch to the "splash" screen showing the upcoming match up. It will then automatically join the game when the feed starts.

Lastly, one thing YTTV has shown over DTV thus far is that they listen to customer feedback. That's why their initial 2 stream rule for Sunday Ticket was changed well before the season started. So with that in mind, my advice is to submit your negative feedback to the folks at YTTV. They seem to take it seriously. So if enough people feel like you do and actually communicate it to them, it might eventually be improved. My hunch is that after this season they'll make some changes based on customer feedback.
