Who would have thought the Phins would be in the biggest game to open the season in Week One?!

I do not doubt the League Office will move the Sept 7 game to 4:00 P.M. and televise it nationwide.:up:

I hope not, we have been waiting long enough for this game. We can't wait another 3 hours. I hate waiting around for 4:00 games:( What a bunch of nonsense that this game gets attention because of Favre. I could care less about all the Favre crap, I just want Miami to get off to a good start.

The SN games are set in stone until week 9 or so when NBC can take the game they want(that's not protected by CBS and FOX). I suppose they could move it to 4PM, we'll see.

PLEASE!!! I really hope they do because otherwise I will have to watch the fins on Sopcast. Just give me ONE prime time dolphins gamE!

If the players had changed teams before the scheds came out this would have been a prime time game. I don't think there is a more anticipated 1st week matchup w/ all that has gone on in the last week.

I agree.. but to me a big game is a playoff game. Or an end of the season game where it will determine playoff implications. By virtue of our teams being in the same division, the game is technically a big game, but maybe after the game is played and both QBs haved lived up to the billing we may deem it a big game. If we're still taking about it 10 yrs from now for all the right reasons we'll call it a big game. But just because it's Pennington and Farve only creates a great subplot. There are alot of other players both teams will be keeping their eyes on as well.

this isnt a flex game and the schedule is already set, I dont think they can move it.
 
It would've been a Monday Night Game if it had happened before. Brett's first game as a Jet, its a huge game.
