I heard Weis say that on Sirius. I think what's interesting about the article is the fact that Kolb is not mentioned at all even though its been posted that they have him ranked #3. Denver never even talked to Cutler before the draft I'd like Brady but not if we have to trade up for him.

If Quinn is as intelligent and driven as Weiss intones, then there's a good possibility of continual improvement which is critical for a young quarterback.
