You can't blame Hickey for the process so if you want to be mad at anyone be mad at Ross, however don't take it out on Hickey. Look he helped put together a solid roster with FA moves & draft picks (better than Ireland) and I love those that constantly mention how he didn't even interview for TB's GM position but they wanted someone new (reported by Abramson)& it was Lovies choice. Hickey has my support & the process will NOT matter if we become a winning team like we EXPECT.

I second the Welcome sign. So it wasn't a glamorous pick and he is greyer than his age hehehe but I still think the team is talented enough and now a year more mature to take the division next year and Philbin and Hickey will benefit front our players.

Agreed. I am be No Means impressed with the process. That said, I'll give Hickey my full support until he gives me a reason to do otherwise.
