I agree but it seems he doesn't get into the games until the 4th qtr.....maybe he's discriminated against cuz he's a white boy ??? Its the only reason I can see.

or it's maybe because he's not that good as a receiver? he was wide open on the catches he got. why? because our better receivers were covered

i never jumped on the ole wes welker bandwagon, but i have been presently suprised with him lately.

He is good. The guy always comes up big in 3rd and 4th down situations. I also have not yet seen him drop a ball that was catchable.

He is certainly not our most talented. But that is a very arguable point that he is our best.

Yeap, that seems to be the problem our WR's have had for many years...

They don't seem to know how to get uncovered...

Even though there are others like Coles, Mc Careins, Galloway, Rod Smith, Steve Smith, L. Evan and Moulds, some of the first ones that come to mind, seem to get uncovered and make plays when they need to...

Wes is not used much on the offense because he is undersized for the WR position. The guy is only 5'9 185lbs. He does play with a big heart though.

and that is why i love to see welker play. I wish more players wanted it as much as welker wants it.

Exactly...I knew dumb threads like this would come up. Make Welker a #1 WR and he'd be the worst in the game.
