I think if you take a long and hard look at it, this is the real dolphns team. The lack of linebacker depth and patchwork oline had to come to fruition sometime. I don't think anyone can take week 1 football seriously. Wake is once again a no show. That's is typical of him. So dominant at times but dissappears for stretches. This wouldnt bother me as much but Buffalo is a terrible offensive football team that was supposed to play into our strength, the defense. Then add to the mix Tannehill can't consistently hit an open wideout in stride and well you have the Miami Dolphins. Same garbage every year. Lots of football left to play but don't kid yourself that week 1 wss nothing more than an anomoly. The sun shines on a dogs ass every now and then.

Some wonder why the Dolphins don't get any respect. Games like this are the reason why.

1. QB misses an open receiver.
2. OL can't block worth a ****.
3. QB holds the ball too long in the pocket on 2nd and long.
4. Coach elects to run out the clock with 2:19 and 3 timeouts in the first half.
5. Can't run the ball.
6. Can't catch the ball.
7. Can't cover Sammy Watkins.
8. Can't do anything right on special teams.

Yeah sounds about right.

I can't blame the defense even though they **** the bed on that touchdown drive in the 3rd. 10 points? Game is entirely on the offense.

Why would u say we're a terrible offensive team? Based off preseason? We have talent across the board on offense outside of TE.

I have seen this team lay an egg after a so called big game for many years and decades , they proved me right again. I will not take this team serious until they can show that they belong, awful offense, non existent special teams and not a big game defense, like the old Sun Sentinel cover sports story showing when the Dullfish play the Bills: Same Fold Story.

It's called welcome back to reality everyone thinking Super Bowl after we beat the pats it's a repeat of last year. Philbin can't get team ready after

Because you are. EJ Manuel blows at qb. Outside of big play potential of CJ Spiller, there isn't much there. However, Miami is a streaky team with major linebacker injuries and all you could muster was one td on offense.

Nah, last week's Dolphins are the real Dolphins too. They are both the ugly and the great at the same time. They are...wait for it...inconsistent at best. Same as last year so far this season.

I can't really fault Wake. Biffalo's gameplan completely neutralized him. They were running and passing screens all game. Can't really mount much of a pass rush against that

Real Dolphins have been here since week one. No matter how it plays out inconsistency will rear its ugly head. Their coaching staff and starting QB make a habit of the ability to achieve only a fraction of what should be achieved in the course of a game and a season.

Does this look at all familiar Big Win against the pats.......Embarrassing loss against the Bills....I guess were headed for a loss next Sunday. Our 2014 beginning will mirror last years end.
Nothing really changes..........Were still the same fins.......When will it be our turn to have the last dance, 15-16-17-18-19-2020?????

Did you Bills fans worry when we went 3-0 last year? I've seen both of our teams put ourselves in position to make a run for more than a decade now, and only once did any of our teams actually even make the playoffs. Ever since Drew Bledsoe was there the Bills have looked like they could be something only to come back down to Earth. Just like us, you guys are a mediocre organization that will be so until proven otherwise.

The fact of the matter is, this Dolphin team under Philbin has shown a tendency to lose to anyone in the NFL regardless of quality or of what happened the week or two before. I can't attribute any victory to the other team being better with the knowledge that this team lost to teams like the winless Bucs last year.
