many things. It can mean there is competent players currently on the roster. It can mean the draft will be the primary target for each need area. But Miami did try to enter the bidding on at least two receivers and possibly one o-lineman. It is not for trying, but they are exercising restraint. I now expect at least one wr and at least two offensive line dudes in the draft.

I think that is the idealistic way to look at it. The more probable scenario was that Mueller and Cameron did not want to get involved in the ridiculous bidding wars going on this offseason. Stallworth isn't worth the money he was given, and neither were many of the o-lineman we were targeting (49 Million for Derrick Dockery!?). I'd also expect us to go to more cost efficient route and target these positions in the draft.
