We're adding young talented players to the team and getting rid of horrible contracts and under performing players. Would keeping Wallace for 2015 made us better? Most likely but he was on his way out either now or next off season so why not now? We got a younger player that can grow with Tannehill. We also got a young TE that can help Tannehill. Those 3 along with Landry and Miller is a good start. We also have either 3 or 4 parts to the oline in place. We still might draft a top WR at 14. I totally believe our offense will be better very soon but also we'll be better in the long run.
Now add a generation player on defense like Suh and you're starting to build a top defense as well. For those who wanted to keep Wallace so bad, chill people. So far we have gotten 3 playmakers and lost only 1 and along with that we lost a horrible contrac not to mention we dumped another 4 bad contracts giving us the cap space we needed for Suh, Cameron and possibly Clay.
Now the disclaimer. Nobody including myself know at this point if we'll be better or not but I believe that the moves we've made have all being positive and getting not 1 bit 2 teams to take on 2 over paid players off our hand a was icing in the cake and refreshing from the Ireland days.
Ozzy rules!!
