We're not the only ones committing penalties

Did anyone see the MNF game? The game started with a flag, and the first half ended with one. What's going on this year? I refuse to believe that teams coached by Shotteheimer, Cowher, Saban, and Billick (just to name a few) are committing so many fouls. Is it bad officiating or are these teams really that undisciplined or maybe both? Any thoughts?

No other team in the nfl is averaging 10+ penalties a game. That's the difference between us and them.
