we have seen flashes of greatness in our new secondary.
what does everyone think of our rookie corners?
if u look at the stats they've played well.. our weakness has been our play in the middle of the field..thoughts on our corners?

They are playing well, but I have a feeling that our secondary is in for a long year after the Colts just showed everyone how to beat us.

Overall I like what I see. More game experience they will get even better. A few plays Smith was beat but luckily the pass was off target (mostly in the ATL game). I don't like the 2 series in and 2 series out rotation the coaches have though. Let them get in a groove.

I am very encouraged by what I see. Now it is time to take off the training wheels. No more cover 2. Our safeties are not that good. Let's see them alone on an island. I happen to think they will be fine.

Davis can tackle, he'll turn into a shutdown guy eventually. Smith needs to be the guy in our secondary creating some turnovers. I hate to put that kind of pressure on a rook but we need it and he has the ball skills.

Quite frankly, I don't think they have really been tested at all. I would like to see how they handle some deep throws...

It is kind of surprising that they haven't gone after Smith more...but when you have slow ILB's to match up with TE's, I guess you don't need to pick on rookies.

I think they are two players we keep. Hartline too. The other 50 players on the roster could go away as far as I am concerned.
