Let's hear it for Florida, which is in a state of unexpected bliss about its three NFL teams this season. And with good reason. In 2004, the Dolphins, Bucs and Jaguars went a combined 18-30, with Miami (4-12) having its worst season since 1969 (pre-Don Shula), and Tampa Bay's 5-11 representing its low-water mark since 1993. Only Jacksonville, which went 9-7 but missed the playoffs by one game, gave Florida football fans any reason to briefly turn their attention away from the Gators, Seminoles and Hurricanes.
